However, I genuinely appreciate your efforts on this channel for all the music lovers/listeners. For me, music's existence & essence are incomplete without BURMAN DADA'S name. His invaluable contribution to Indian music, blending folk, classical & modern elements, is unforgettable. Notably, BURMAN DADA played a pivotal role in nurturing KISHORE DA'S singing talent. Recognizing KISHORE DA'S potential, he encouraged him to prioritize singing over acting and provided regular opportunities to sing for DEV ANAND SAHAB. BURMAN DADA'S mentorship led to KISHORE DA'S breakthrough in the film ARADHANA (1969), catapulting him to unparalleled success & leaving contemporaries far behind. In other words, BURMAN DADA'S guidance refined KISHORE DA'S craft, unlocking his versatility, unique voice, and emotive expression.
