I'm on the pill and I'm very forgetful , so what I do is just put them beside my son's bottles , he drinks milk everyday so I'll definitely see them when making a bottle. This has been working out for me almost 2 years now .

The Copper Loop from Marie Stopes showed me flames omg. So glad it worked for you and everyone who recommended it to me though. I recently got mine removed because it moved and pierced my wall/sat too low, I bled for 16 - 21 days a month for 2.5 years ( I was told to bekezela ‘cause it was supposed to get better after a while), I got extremely depressed and got large cysts in my ovaries.

@@mmaneo_v There are 2 kinds of IUDs, one is copper coated (which i'm guessing its yours) then the one that has progestin which is the hormonal one but they are both IUDs

Omg I also got the arm implant and it was hell! But I stuck to it, thinking it will pass! Gained weight like mad! More weight that I have ever in my entire existence (22kgs to exact) . A year later I was like nope ! It’s this shit and I took it out and had the loop (no hormones) inserted ! Though it was painful to get the loop 😩...but i even forget I have it and it had no side effects! And finally my weight is responding to my effects! And 18kgs down , I am almost at my original weight !!

Probably the stay dry cover on the pads causes the rash. Try switching to the ones that say ‘soft as cotton’.
