My moon is in the 4th in Taurus, opposed by Neptune in Scorp in the 10th. I had what felt like an unstable, unhappy, stressful childhood although my mother did love me and tried very hard. But we were poor, she was often depressed, life was hard and I often feared she was going to kill herself and I would end up in foster care. She also had a temper and I got hit a lot. I did LOVE to drink milk though but I no longer drink cow's milk for health reasons. I do definitely find that I have trouble getting over things people have done to me in the past although I try hard to move on. Security, safety stability is very important to me but I have nevrer achieved it so far.

I have moon in Gemini in the 3rd house in Palcidus and in whole sign my moon falls in the 4th house conjunct my north node. I have moon in 4th and you were totally right about aspects or other planets in the house changing things. I admire my mother and childhood however it isn't all roses with my Saturn conjunction. Also Uranus is up top of my fourth adding some fun unpredictable energy. You were also spot on about milk. I drank so much as a kid that I eventually gave myself an sinus allergy rather than an intolerance.

Yes I have my natal 🌙 in ♐️ along with Uranus in ♐️ in my 4th house with ♏️ on the cusps of my 4th house, and my 🌙conjunct Uranus And Neptune....and my mother was an alcoholic and drug addict that had abusive romantic relationships one after the other. I witnessed so much violence growing up while with her along with moving over and over, and the total opposite while I was with my father who provided love and support and a stable home environment. When I was 19 my mother died due to heart congestion, her body had endured so much trauma from all the crap she had pumped in herself through her life.

I have moon in capricorn in 4th house. Chiron conjunct IC, with pluto conjuncting chiron. Interestingly moon is badly aspected except to mercury, jupiter and saturn. Same with sun. Very abusive family. It was very bad, pluto transiting my natal moon in 4th house. My mother emotionally abused me. But my problem is with my father. He physically tortured me. My mom side of family all hated me and said that I was hopeless I should just live on the streets and ridicule me all the time. Grandma(mom side) said if her parents don't love her why should we love her. Only person I was close to was my grandma (dad's side) IC 24 degrees, chiron 16 degrees, pluto 12 degrees, moon 12 degrees. My childhood had a deep impact on the person I am today. Yes I am very tied to the past. It brought a lot of insecurities and codependency. You are right about that, but my family was neglectful. :)

i have an Aries moon in 4th house... comfort food thing is spot on! I have an affinity to those foods that were part of my upbringing even if it's not the best food, it makes me feel at home. I want to cry! The smell of cup noodles always smells so good to me even though when I eat it I hate it. I hate milk, always have. My mom and I were apart most of my childhood. Until 10 years old. She still had some drug issues and so did I in my teens. But the last few years we were the best of friends before she died last year. The relationship with my daughter is rough though. I try to do the right thing but she's rebellious.
