she feeds them fish. The are born in late winter/early spring, and the fish start swimming as the ice melts. they are weaned in the later of spring, and the mother catches fish for them to eat as summer comes on.

Let sneak out and hunt!" Fox looked up," with out mom? No way" Lusa rolled her eyes and left the den. Fox bounded after her,"someone's gotta keep you safe" Lusa sniffed the air overjoyed at the sent of Salmon she missed the sent of grisly bear. Lusa stared bounding toward the steam of empty stars. Fox walked after her still unsure if the should go or run back to the den, gulping he went to the steam. After a while of trying to hunt Lusa finally picked up the sent of grisly but it was to late the bear ran towards them ready to rip open their ribs, but out of nowhere Coal came out of the den and began pummeling the bear, " Go MOM!!" The cubs called in encouragement. Their mom killed the bear and the walked over towards her cubs limping saying one last word, " goodbye"

Seri pixel biologist , I don't know much about black bears, but I do know when the black bear baby's are strong enough to walk and run , they will follow there mom to food. Also the black bear mommy is extremely aggressive when she has Cubs. 🤔

Once I get this game I am going to try to make bears that are like Kallik, Toklo, and Lusa. (They are from Erin Hunter's Seekers series. Kallik is a white bear, Toklo is a brown bear, and Lusa is a black bear.)

You can make the cubs stay still by clicking the homeIcon under there name they won't just go home they will just stay where they are so click it while in den. Also to make members of your family pick up food and children you need to click the said object. Then click it again to make that member out it down.
