One question, as a woman, always come to my mind. When 'The great Bhishma, abducted Amba, Ambika & Ambalika, no body raised a voice against him & his henious act. It proves, then as well as now(taking insipiration, from the "GREAT BHISHMA", ) women are nothing but objects. When Amba was "set free' by the Great Bhishma, to go to Salya king, she was rejected by him also. Remember Sita had to give 'Agni Pariksha' to prove her 'Purity" .What is the value ( s women are objects) of women in society?Among all the Hindu mythological characters, I respect & admire "lord Krishna' the most. He had the courage to accept 16,000.(Sixteen Thousand ) women abducted by Narkasur, as his wife, to give them place in Hindu Society,While Lord Ram expected a certificate of Sita' purity from Agni God, and subjected Sita to 'Agni Pariksha'.

to answer ur question the best i can, bhishma had to do that as per satyavathi orders and he himself knew that it is not right to disturb a swayamvar like that. when he got to know about amba he let her go as u know but shalva dint reject amba becuz he thought that she lost her purity to bheeshma like this youtube channel tells u. IN REALITY everyone knows about bheeshmas vow and how true he is to his words he rejects her becuz bheeshma fought with other kings including him, defeated him so according to shalva it id not dignified for a kshatriya to accept amba as bheeshma won her and shalva lost. ur saying women had no value if that was the case why would parshurama support amba why would the gods grant her the wish of ability to kill bhishma? if women were not valued why did the mahabharata happen, the immediate cause for it was draupadi insult if women were not valued why would krishna save draupadis respect and why would bhima take a vow to kill duryodhan and break his thighs when duryodhan told draupadi to sit of his lap in a creepy insulting way. i told u about ramayan agni pariksha confusion in another comment.

i am also a female by the way. idk if u noticed but it is always parvathi-parameshwar, sita-ram, radha-krishn,lakshmi narayan/ srimanarayana (sri is lakshmi) the womans name is first. ram is called sita pati and sita isnt called ram patni.

forgot to add another point. if women were not important why would the most important powers that of shakti, dhana, buddhi be given all to women...to put it in different words, education sector ecnomics sector and defence sector which are the 3 most important for any country are all looked after by female godesses in our culture. whereas, if u looks at other outside india religions they do not even have the concept of a godess it just 1 single male god.

Women are very valued in Hinduism and throughout history, whoever did wrong to women met a painful end. Mahabharat mainly happened because Draupadi was badly humiliated in the Sabha. All those who stood silent n couldn't stop it were also punished including Drona n Bhishma etc. Ram asked Sita to give the pariksha not because he didn't trust her. If that was the case, he wouldn't fight so hard for freeing her from Ravanas abduction. It was to silence the people in the kingdom and to wipe off any doubt they had against Sita's character. He was a king and the king sometimes is compelled to listen to the opinions or asks of their citizens. She was their queen and no husband would want his wife's honor or respect to be tarnished in the citizens eyes. The men in his kingdom were not happy he is accepting a woman who was in another man's possession for so long. Sita has a boon that if anyone touches her against her will, they will burn into ashes. Ram was aware of it but not the citizens

" Caste system" dear and thats what explained in the video. This matter was necessary which lead to birth of vyasa Varna and caste system are not same. Caste is upon birth while varna is of occupation. This story takes place in varna system where everyone is considered equal and everyone is designed with their jobs. If there was caste discrimination and untouchability in mahabharatham then there ll be no krishna. His father is a lower yadava while his mother is a warrior princess. Satyavati will not be queen of hastinapuram etc etc. Caste system and untouchability starts from kaliyug as says mahabharatham. Stop seeing ntr movies and serials😌👎🏻and talking like a fool

Endorses ideologies of human life which are capable of improving the common people while facing the paradoxes of Kali Yuga. It includes routine tasks of bathing thrice daily, prayer and deity worship daily, hospitality of guests (Cordial welcome, not asked to reveal caste/creed, not let them leave dejected, etc), donating (it's the moral duty to make donations within one ability to the needed), not to commit suicide, duties of husbands/wives, earn money by just means, the sins of killing a cow, etc. Did I said that I am the fan of parasara Munni and I considered him as model...are you going nuts??🤣🤣🤣🤣 even Bhishma said that if The smritis have no moral then don't read it😌he is a hindu.
