PraNaams to you both and many thanks for this video. However, Gandhiji's chart, shown in this video from 12:08 onwards, displays DIFFERENT BIRTH TIMES in the D1 & D24. We all know that the D24 Lagna/Asc changes within about 5 minutes, whereas here the difference is more than 17 minutes. Moreover, there's also a difference of about 9 minutes in the GMT adjustment in D1 and D9 (both shown in brackets). How is it possible to change the birth time in a Divisional Chart while retaining a different birth time in the Rasi Chart? Am simply aghast! Pls advise. Namaste!

how would you rectify in D24, if MK is Mars and sitting in 10th house it will aspect by 8th and if we change time by 7 min or so it will move to 11th house which can still make its aspect?? Any thoughts on this

What if MK is the lord of 5th house of D24 , is this considered a valid connection between MK & 5th house of D24 for BTR purpose. Or despite this, BTR in terms of MK's placement or aspect is required in such case? As in case of my daughter, the birth was through cesarean section and birth time noted was quite accurate on the spot by father of the child himself. Anuradhaji please reply at your earliest.

D24 itself depend on birthtime, then how is that possible ? What if someone's MK is connected with 5th house in D24, but someone born after 5 minute that native hasnt connected ? How its possible to rectify from dependant chart ? Every divisionals or even lagna chart itself depends on birthtime.

Dear mam, Thanks for sharing this video .. But is this full technique ? With all due respect to Goel Sir, I have a genuine question here.... If there is no connection of MK and 5th House of D24 or its lord at a particular time & place , then ,it means no one is born at that time and at that place. Because for almost 6-8 minutes I noticed that there are no connections of MK and 5th house of D24 .. I noticed this thing while doing a check on multiple horoscope. Can you please ask this with Goel sir and reconfirm & clarify.....

What I think is only way to identify right birth time is , to check the past events by seeing kundali , if those are right than we can say , or through person behaviour also we can check it

Hmm, not sure this is 100% , this method presupposes that if there is no connection between Mk and d24 5th house or Mk and d24 lagna then it is not possible for a human being to be born at that particular time and place.

Hare Krsna. I have a question regarding the D24 rectification you touched upon using relations between MK and 5th house, and/or 5th house Lord. I believe that Goyal Prabhu has mentioned that both the MK AND PK were BOTH correct in signifying education. In your example( Mahatma Gandhi), the lagna lord of D24 is the MK, aspects 5th house, and 5th house lord is disposited by venus( the MK)... as well as MK being lord of lagna. These all show strong relations between the MK and 5th house. But would it not be the case that the PK should also be related to the 5th house/lord of D24? In Gandhi example chart, the PK... Shani/Saturn is directly aspecting 5th house lord, and 5th house lord is aspecting Shani. PK is also aspecting Lagna. Is this ALSO a relation that should be looked for? Or is this simply coincidence? Using the PK in the the D24 as well was not touched upon in video. I ask because in attempting to rectify my chart, I have 2 options... the option I dont favor is that the MK(moon) is aspecting 5th house (moon in aries aspecting libra), but 5th house Lord does not aspect the MK itself.... other than the MK is falling within the 5th Lord's nakshatra(Bharani) within D24. The option I favor more is with 5th house being Scorpio, the MK(moon) is within 5th Lord's other house(Aries), conjunct with Ketu (5th house Scorpio's co-ruler) ... MK and Ketu in conjuction. Primary reason I lean for this choice as such is because the PK (shani/saturn) is in aquarius, conjunct with 5th house ruler(mars/mangala). PK(shani) also casts aspect on on both of the 5th Lords houses ... Aries AND Scorpio(5th house), AND casts aspect on 5th house co-ruler Ketu... as well as aspecting on the MK. Further more, the MK is Lord of lagna in D24(moon rules cancer). So both situations seem as though they could both be possible choices, as regarding the relations between MK and 5th house lord. However when the relations between PK and 5th lord is examined, there is stronger relations between both MK AND PK with 5th lord/5th house. If you could clarify for me if there is any importance to using the PK relationship with 5th house/lord within D24 I would be very thankful. This was not touched upon by Goyal Prabhu, except a brief mention that both Sage Parasara and Sage Jaimini are simultaneously correct in looking at 5th house/4th house AND MK(4th chara karaka) and PK(5th chara karaka). I hope this is not too complicated/difficult of a question. Thank you very much for any clarification.

Dear Anuradha, a few observations here, primarily this rule will work only when one has a brief idea of an approximately what time they were born. This rule will probably not work if one does not have an idea what time they were born, unless there is a supporting rule. The D 24 changes every 5 minutes, hence every 60 minutes the D24 ascendant will change, this means in a span of 24 hours one will have the MK probably aspecting the 5th house in the D24 at least 24, 36 and 48 times depending on which planet it is. So if one doesn't know their time of birth all, and without a supporting rule, then which time would be correct? For example if the MK is Jupiter, then within 60 minutes, Jupiter could be sitting in the lagna, 5th house, 9th house and the 11th house, and the same Will repeat for the full day and all of them will be expecting the 5th house! Clarity required.

Rao, the legendary astrologer, with the birth details taken from one of the old publications of Saptarishis magazine as 12.10.1931, 07:54 AM, Machilipatnam (AP).
