I have delivered naturally at Max hospital. Whole thing was that staff was giving me clear soups, coconut water, lemon water to keep me hydrated and energetic. I was doing deep breathings at every pain (though I practiced deep breathing and yoga, duck walk, butterfly postures religiously through out nine months). This gave me so much strength. My experience of delivering my angel was beautiful. I endured the pain beautifully to have my angel in my arms

Here in our only big government hospital.. the staff are very rude.. I have seen many patients cry in pain in wards whenever i visited my known one who had delivered but staff during delivery scold and use filthy words for delivering moms..
