Loved the Blenko Video. Back in the 1970's my Great Grandfather was a Glass Blower for Westmorland Glass in Pennsylvania and we got to see the tour there and of course go to the gift shop. Grandpap lived down the road from the factory in Grapeville and would walk to work.

This was amazing!!! Learned so much!!! How cool of a job being the tour guide!! Or any of the other jobs for that matter! Oh my gosh now I want to order a Blenko piece simply because of Daniel Chapman & his apprentice Josh and all the other individuals it takes to make this glass art!! Hand crafting has become a lost art so it’s wonderful to know companies like Blenko still exist!! Love the short Bluegrass Jam Session too!! As a southern born gal now living in the PNW I don’t often hear the southern drawl or the moving bluegrass music!! What a great place!! I’m inspired to go to the local Museum of Glass close to me in Tacoma!

I live close to the Blenko factory. You should come to the Milton pumpkin festival in the autumn season. We have many vendors with beautiful art. We have a corn maze. It is amazing.

This video tour really helps me appreciate the amount of labor and all of the materials that it takes to produce a finished Blenko piece. I had no idea how many artisans were involved in the process. Wow! Thanks for sharing this adventure with us. This place is definitely on my US travel bucket list!

When you see the production of each piece it gives more of a appreciation of the glass. The older gentleman was a wealth of knowledge I would still be there asking questions lol. I wonder what they did with the molds no longer used? If they threw them away or probably burned them. Great gift Kate gave you.
