Laurie has to be the greatest actress of our time. Imagine having to act surprised and amazed by crumb coats, using frosting as glue, and offset spatulas for dozens of videos.

Glad that you like this video. Not sure what to substitute the fruit roll up. Maybe you can use multiple strips of red licorice or maybe you can use a thicker/smoothed out layer of icing. You can use any knife you have but it it has serrations you will see the serrations and not get a smooth finish.
