It's called fringe curtain or foil curtain dear. I got mine from a shop where they sell birthday items here in Kenya. Kindly check where they sell birthday items in Cameroon😊 there must be one. I can also suggest jumuia or Amazon if they operate in your country but they are ten times more expensive than physical shop.
