I am also following the same routine rohini. Like 11 to 6 and I have reduced 12 kg weight. Earlier I was 81 kg now I am 69. But in between I walk and do exercise and try not eat junk but sometimes chai lassi Thora dairymilk ye sab 4-5 din mein kabhi ek baar Thora le leti.

Rohini,... beautiful family God bless you guys... two things I noticed... please avoid cakes... it is maida and sugar over kill which is the worst thing w can put in our bodies... also, the head rest behind the driver seat and passenger seat is quite important.. incase of accident , the head rest protects the head from any injury... please fix it back in the black SUV that you guys use... please get a baby car seat for the baby and all of you wear seat belts for safety... You have lived in Canada, so you know how important seat belts and baby car seat is for our protection.. please consider this comment and take necessary precaution... safe travels... Love you guys...
