LOVE the idea of taking a vacation/weekend getaway on a birthday. But I also like to not worry about the planning of leaving the house for several days and keeping it casual. I usually take the day off from work by going for a massage, spa etc…or plan a day outing with my family or besties.

Same with you, I don't go big on my birthday, I even work most times 😅 but planning a short break is my way of celebrating my birthday, not a huge or long break, but at least a weekend or few days break is more than enough to be grateful for.
