It’s just something they say, I say it too but I’ll say it for example if I wear heels and I’m walking I’ll say “I fall...imagine” or if I’m petting a dog I’ll say “it bites me... imagine” or with pretty much anything I’m doing but I think they say it so much that it’s a habit now and she says it without realizing even when it makes no sense lol
