BIRTHDAY NOODLES
1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup water
1 tsp. salt
Few drops of orange food color
1 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. black pepper
20 pcs hard boiled quail eggs
¼ cup oil
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 red onion, sliced
¼ kg pork loin, thinly sliced
¼ kg squid balls
¼ kg kikiam
8 cups water OR stock
½ cup oyster sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
½ head napa cabbage, chiffonade
2 carrots, batonette
1 cup sliced shitake mushrooms
Slurry, as needed
½ kg shrimps, peeled and tail off
400 grams egg noodles
Blanched bok choy, for garnish

For me Basta pancit ang niluluto ko okay na okay ang WOK pan. Dati sa brasier ako nagluluto kaso umaapao yung pancit.
