Birthday Peach Bun ,生日寿桃包,华人最传统的生日蛋糕

auntie Liew 为大家带来了传统中式寿宴必备的寿桃包
寿桃包是一款非常有意義討喜的一款中式面点
材料: Ingredients: 分量 ( 可做24粒) (to make 24 pcs )
280克 包粉 - 280g Pau Flour
90克 细白砂糖/糖粉 - 90g Caster sugar/Icing sugar
100克 澄粉/麦淀粉 - 100 g Wheat Starch
1汤匙 /11克 酵母粉/发酵粉 - 1tbsp /11g yeast / yis segera
160ml 温水- 160ml Warm water
1茶匙 白醋 - 1 tbsp white vinegar
30克 起酥油 - 30g Shortening
半汤匙 发酵粉／泡打粉 - ½ tbsp baking powder
1汤匙 温水- 1tbsp Warm water
可食用色素(红色) - food colouring（red）
中火蒸煮8-10分钟 - Steam for 8-10 minutes on medium heat

包粉是为做包类定身而做的。所以不存在马上开盖会回缩的问题。其它分类例如中筋面粉就得注意。要不然的话，十开十塌😉 以上是个人经验之谈，希望能帮到爱做包子，又时成时败的朋友。 😳还别说我也是祸祸了很多的粉才有那么丁点的心得

I saw your friend put 'shortening ' in the texture. Which i know that the shortening is to soften the bread texture, but it will kill the taste of the bun.. I like to share some of my experience of using shortening for my chocolate cake, it really kill the taste of chocolate..since than, I don't use shortening liao. ..hahaha
