When they act according to the clue like 10 times jumping jack then do we hand over the NXT clue ? That means few clues we keep it to ourselves?

Totally up to you. I have done it all kinds of ways. My favourite way is to lock the next clue inside a box. With instructions to find me and perform their task. When they have done the action I then give them the key or lock combination for the clue box.

I also have the task as an extra location. When they get to where the clue has sent them I have an envelope with the task they must perform. When have done it I tell them where to go next, then they find the next clue. If you want to use the task you can, I find them a fun way as a party activity to keep everyone engaged. But you don't need to use them at all.

just a simple question, but when you give them a clue, do you explain the instruction about how to use the code?

I wouldn't explain to start with, let the kids use the brain cells first. If you see them getting frustrated you can step in. it also totally depends on what ages are playing so you need to use you judgement on how much help to offer. This is where I like to add in forefits. To get some help have them perform a silly task, something like saying a tongue twister or hopping on one foot for a minute.
