After my pregnany , i’ve been battling with anxiety and experiencing panic attacks dagdag pa dun siguro yun post partum ko. As a solo parent and single mom ang hirap atakihin ng panic attacks ko at first i thought i have health problems until i searched it all my symptoms and nalaman ko na am experiencing anxiety attacks and panic attacks. So ngayon medyo nacocontrol ko na although there are times na umaatake p rin bigla. And nalaman ko na sarili lang natin talaga makakagamot nito isip versus isip. Instead na magisip tayo more on worries e dapat pala mag isip tayo more on happy things memories na nakaka limot sa mga problems.

Gusto naming mapanood yung details pano ka nakapagdecide na magseek na ng professional help Hazel. I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder din kasi na nagstart when I got hospitalized last 2019, then came the pandemic and lost our father a year later. I also went to see a psychiatrist, pero totoo ang sinabi mo kailangan maintindihan ka niya hindi yung puro reseta lang agad-agad. So after our first meeting hindi na ko bumalik. I did my best to understand what I'm going through and unti-unti kong natututunan pano ko ihandle yung mga episodes ko ng malalang panic attack. It's been more than 2 years, malayo pa ko na maachieve yung dating ako pero I'm half way there with GOD'S help, in HIS perfect time. Kaya gusto ko din malaman ang journey mo with your case Hazel. GOD bless!🙏❤

Ako na lang magdidisclaimer para kay Hazel, (BTW, I'm a silent viewer, matagal na hehe and a psych graduate) since hindi sobrang common dito sa pinas ang pagpapa- psychiatrist. Well, baka kasi isipin ng iba, hala bakit siya nagpapaconsult, bakit may mga ganung disorders siyang sinasabi. Everyone of us has those hilatsa ng disorders, it just happened na, she became well aware of those diagnosis sa sarili niya and was able to deal with it. A good thing dahil naging magandang halimbawa siya na there's nothing to be ashamed of kung pahahalagahan natin ang mental health natin. Sana mas maging aware pa ang maraming tao na hiwalay sa stigma at stereotype.

son ko has autism and adhd, may pwd id siya since he was 5. Muntinlupa/Alabang area kami. Learning disability yun nakalagay sa pwd id. malaki discount sa mga resto/fastfood. sa mga grocery items parang di ganun kalaki. sa vitamins ginamit ko pwd id sa watsons may limit daw sa quantity. unless prescribed ng doctor yun vitamins ayaw bigyan ng discount.
