2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp degi mirch powder
3 green chilli
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
whole spices
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
4 tbsp oil
chop coriander
.500 gm basmati rice
salt to taste
