The system should be changed so that the people could directly vote for PM/ CM instead of MP's and MLA's. The existing system proved wrong for many decades and it's not implementing local governance although it appears to be. There is no real leadership in the municipalities and the whole system has corrupted even the common man. It was only during 70's / 80's where a local leader has raised to CM position in a span of two three decades, without any backing from God Fathers, which is impossible to think now. The next MP candidate is always kin to the existing MP. Until the system changes this game keeps on happening and large part of India will never see how their right to vote can positively impact their lives.
