Glad to know about Paytm’s downfall. Have not been using it from more than 2 years especially because of the way how their BNPL repayment system worked. They had an option to convert the credit used to EMI then would disable and enable that option as and when they liked without notifying or specifying the situations where it would work and where it would not thus causing customers to be unable to pay back on time so the customers would end up paying huge interests as well receiving harassing phone calls from collection agents who were not at all professional. Regardless of whether they exist or not I’d never use Paytm ever.

The online education eco system hasn't taken off , it's kinda at the phase of online shopping in the 90's . People still feel more value in campus lectures , ironically the reality is tertiary education centres due to patents can't deliver a up to date syllabus in under grad studies & even post grad companies like alphabet & Amazon have in house systems & hardware developed by their companies. So case in point - COVID may have triggered the online gold mine but wrt education based systems that will work to a point , & then flatten out. The rise tends to fizzle @ a point of maturity , perhaps material content is leaked or 1 account is used by many but for school systems it's not a profitable venture.
