Great story, couple of points here: Lt Col is pronounced leftenant kernel and not the American Lieutenant and Spanish Colonel. Please also check the stars and epaulette markings of the officers. PBS is shown with inspector rank in some and IPS rank in some. Dange too had inspector ranks and IPS ranks. Hope you take my comments positively.

Let me tell you why he did that according to my view , After the AMBANI Bomb case , it might have eventually led to PBS , now trying to find way to safe himself , he went to bjp govt for help , then , the BJP govt might ve used him as a Pawn to destabilised the MVA govt.
