Biscoff Truffles
Recipe
250g cream cheese
100g biscoff spread
120g biscoff biscuits, crushed
150g milk chocolate, melted
50g nutella
50g biscoff spread
extra biscoff spread, melted
1. Whisk together the cream cheese and biscoff spread until smooth. Mix through the crushed biscuits. Roll into tablespoon balls and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
2. Mix the biscoff spread and Nutella into the warm melted chocolate until smooth. Dip the balls into the chocolate mixture and place onto a baking sheet. Melt the extra biscoff spread and pipe over the top of the truffles. Refrigerate until set.
