I was in Slidell Louisiana staying with a family in a trailor and the wife made pancakes topped with over easy eggs and sausage gravy on top of them. One of the best meals ive ever had.

Always interesting to see how other people do it. My grandma always pattied up and fried the sausage, whatever was left in the skillet when she was done was the base for the gravy. I still do it that way, but we have a little more money now so I crumble up a couple patties and put them back in the skillet.

I moved to KS from Italy about 7 years ago, once we learned about breakfast for supper it's something we stuck to and do once a month to this day! Biscuits and gravy are amazing and especially if at the very end while cooking them you add a couple splashes of Worcestershire sauce!!! It's FAYA DUDE
