As someone who has free Healthcare through the VA, no you do not. I've had stomach issues going on 2 years now had a colonoscopy last year and this year they scheduled a upper endoscopy which still hasn't happened. The issue is it's a first come first served method that takes forever to get things done compared to if I just had normal Healthcare this could have been taken care of in a few months and not multiple years
