Enjoy your poverty if that what God calls you to. A Christain is called to prosperity. As early as Genesis, Abraham was a prosperous man..Even Adam never lacked. How a person serving a prosperous God should end up poor is still what I don't get. This is 2024 again, renew your mind. "Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and what all other people are dieing to get will be added to you" - Mat 6v 33. Bishop is a living Epistle of that scriptures. He's blessed by God's convenant, not tithes and offerings!

I'm not sure you gave what he said a proper context. "Good preaching" here means HAVING A SWEET MOUTH... SAYING WHAT THE MEMBERS WANT TO HEAR INSTEAD OF WHAT GOD WANTS TO DELIVER TO THEM. Many preachers simply preach good, but leave no impact. So their come and leave the same way, and that's not right. Sure, preach good, but don't leave out impact. However, if you're to choose between preaching good to tickle ears, and making impact to change a generation, CHOOSE IMPACT.
