I’m an Iraqi Christian, and what has been said is absolutely true. Throughout my childhood, I experienced hatred directed at us simply because we were Christians even in school. My grandmother was even killed for her faith, which forced us to migrate to Australia so we could live freely as Christians. They also bombed hundreds of churches, including the one we used to attend, which is absolutely outrageous. But we still love them and pray for them.

I know he and his familyconverted from Orthodox Christian to Protestant Christian but it should be noted that the vast majority of those Christians in the Middle East who risk their lives for Christ by going to church are Eastern Christians, mostly Orthodox, just as your ancestors in Armenia were, Ruslan. I appreciate what this guy is saying at a surface level, but I also feel he is strongly led by pride. Just be careful when listening to him because he is self-righteous. He also not once referenced scripture in this or many of his online videos. His church which is very close to me has many reviews from other christians that rebuke his teachings of prosperity gospel, stating that his teachings are "hateful". I watched one of his videos where he literally says "if god is not moving you need to move him", as if we are in control. "It is impossible to experience god without faith" - when God moves in the faithless all the time, without experiencing god or the holy spirit we cannot have faith. This man is not a representation of Christians in Australia, and I want to encourage everyone to focus on biblical teachings, go to churches that provide enriching biblical focused sermons that are free of the prosperity agender which believes that you need to give more, have more faith, pray harder, worship louder or the miracles will stop, you will continue to be bound. Jesus says "come as you are", you are set free within him and his sacrifice on the cross alone.

If you're talking about bells and smells church where reformed theology is preached as the true interpretation of scripture... then that also is not representative of the whole Australian Christian Church experience (nor is reformed theology correct). I don't subscribe to his Christian dominion theology nor prosperity doctrines (if that's what he preaches I hate also) and am no apologist for this guy. However, the church is on the back foot in Australia. It's much easier to put out a fire than raise the dead. i bet he sees many more miracles in his church and life than you do because he believes God for it. I think we could pray harder and be more sold out for Christ. We think past moves of God have just turned up? Men and Women of God have been on their knees for hours everyday. David Bainerd, Jonathan Edwards, John Wesley, etc. Maybe we could cut down on our netflix, amazon and apple tv and get more into the word, prayer, fasting and evangelism (preaching to myself here too) rather than stabbing each other in the back! I apprecate this guys passion and lack of grammar. i wont focus on the minors like i wont on Jonathan Edwards owning slaves or Martin Luther's rants against Jews or him being a glutton and drunkard or John Calvin's agreeing with murdering heretics. Me thinks none of our theology and Christian life is perfect but we can certainly encourage one another to love and good works no matter the quirks or the more minor things. Yes Jesus sets us free but in setting us free, sometimes you need demons cast out of you in the name of Jesus. Sounds like a religious spirit to me. You could probably learn some things from that guy (if the cup wasn't already full)... and surely he could learn a thing or two from you.

I'm an Indonesian Christian, all of he said are true. islam in Indonesian even have organization to provide them and its Legal. All of their acts of persecution are still ongoing to this day. There are even areas here where it is forbidden to establish Christian schools and the islamic perpetrators are not arrested. Most recently, in one of Sulawesi, muslims said that if Christians want to worship there must be government permission. Meanwhile, there are more than 100,000 mosques in West Java that are not licensed. They are very afraid of us Christians, they are afraid that their followers will realize, repent and become followers of the Lord Jesus Christ.
