Yes, the Church is the mystical body of Jesus Christ on earth and in heaven, Jesus Christ is the head of this Church. So the Pope is only the head of Christ's visible church on earth and is therefore submitted to Jesus Christus like all is submitted to him. Christ appointed first Peter to be the head of his visible church and all the successors of Peter continue to hold the ministery Jesus founded on the visible rock Peter. Matthew 16: 16 - 19.

Unfortunately he is wrong. Bishop Mar Mari said a blessing can only be given to someone who is willing to repent and come back.and I presume you agree with that. But this is not the truth and is in total contradiction to what Jesus said. Why are we not listening to Christ. Luke 6 27 BUT TO THOSE OF YOU WHO WILL LISTEN, I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 BLESS THOSE WHO CURSE YOU,pray for those who mistreat you. The people that Christ is referring to here are unrepentant sinners and unbelievers. Isn't that what gay couples are and Christ is telling us to bless them. Either Christ is wrong or the bishop is wrong. Why are you not supporting Christ?

During fetal development a verity of biochemical agents are introduced which determine the development of the fetus. Major agents such as testosterone & estrogen & a host of others agents determine size, weight, hair color, eye color & sexuality along with a host of other traits. Sexuality, for example, & all other secondary traits are thus given to us. Well, this begs the question, is homosexuality a sin. If your religion or belief system states that it is, then there can be no argument. These are the rules based on this system’ dogma. If you accept this system, you must accept the rules. If, however, you are in a belief system based on logic, reason, observation & common sense, the conclusion is totally different. Replacing ancient religion & mythology with reason leads to another conclusion. There exist many variations of human sexual expression. These apostles later anointed others by the LAYING ON OF HANDS (transfer of authority by the holy spirit) such as when St Paul anoints Timothy. These start new congregations and churches (bodies of Christ) who preach ONE CHRIST, ONE GOSPEL not different gospels or versions of Christ. This church proceeds untill today and THAT church compiles the New Testament and has 7 ecumenical councils led by the Holy Spirit as Jesus promises (I will send you a comforter, the spirit of truth). These councils anathematize heretics and charlatans and sons of Satan such as Arius, Nestorius, Sibaleus, Origen etc etc. They fought the rise of Islam and their Arian version of heresy. So that very Church Aka body of Elders and Saints anathematize NESTORIUS AS A HERETIC because the fool divided Christ into two persons. There is no division in Christ and there is only ONE eternal Son of God as the church has always proclaimed. Mar Mari Emanuel who is not a bad man is still a heretic because he calls Nestorius a Saint and he has made himself a Bishop of his own church which he has no authority to do. It's that simple. I'm not saying Mar mari is a bad or evil person, I'm saying he is a heretic and a fool for being a Nestorian and there is nothing wrong in what I'm saying. M from one pf the small parish in some part of India. Our Catholic faith is very strong here, we don't have these same sex marriage people.. Our faith had been planted strongly by the Catholic priests from Europe.. But we don't condemn what the Pope said bcoz this is the way to include these kind of people who really need a kind of pastoral care. To preach the Gospel and teach to people what had Jesus done thousands years ago,we really need to adjuat according to the generation,its time to use some creativity to save lots of hopeless soul like these LQBT. We have to apply the technique of preaching according to the time that's required. We shouldn't stuck at the same spot to spread our faith

For your kind information, this Bishop Mari Emmanuel isn't a Catholic Bishop at all. He is a Bishop of some religion known as the Assyrian Church of the East (ACOE).

But this is not the truth and is in total contradiction to what Jesus said. Luke 6 27 BUT TO THOSE OF YOU WHO WILL LISTEN, I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 BLESS THOSE WHO CURSE YOU,pray for those who mistreat you. The people that Christ is referring to here are unrepentant sinners and unbelievers. Isn't that what gay couples are and Christ is telling us the truth and that is to bless them. I was born and baptized a Catholic, but never practiced, and now I'm born again at 70, only 2yrs as a new Christian, and what I've truly learned about Catholicism is truly a punch to the gut, and now I was just kicked again, I'm ashamed of their nonsense. There was no denominations when Saint Paul wrote the letter to the Corinthians, only the teachings of Jesus Christ, no impartiality, no maybe, no compromise, only the truth. My sister in Christ, please read the documents and letters of the early Church. The Bible itself speaks of presbyters (which means priest) and Paul refers to the importance of traditions ( 1 Corinthians) Read John 6 also. If one looks at the whole picture, what emerges is a respect and love for the teachings of the early Church. It is absolutely Catholic. God bless.

Born again means our spirit man is alive. Before one accepts Jesus as their Saviour and Lord, we lived in sin. Our spirit man is dead. Acknowledging that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God who came to Earth to pay the price for our sins, so when we die we will be in heaven. Not purgatory. Martin Luther was a politician, and he convinced many. You should stay and fight for your country just like Catholics stay and fight for Gods Church. The orthodox were smart and never cut the chord completely from the Catholic Church and we still consider them Catholic as their sacraments are valid, but sadly Protestants and the other 60k denominations threw the baby out with the bath water completely The reformation was quickly corrected by God.. How is he telling the truth? Bishop Mar Mari said a blessing can only be given to someone who is willing to repent and come back. This is in total contradiction to what Jesus said. Luke 6 27 BUT TO THOSE OF YOU WHO WILL LISTEN, I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 BLESS THOSE WHO CURSE YOU,pray for those who mistreat you. The people that Christ is referring to here are unrepentant sinners and unbelievers. Isn't that what gay couples are and Christ is telling us to bless them, the bishop is telling us not too. By you saying the Bishop is telling the truth, you are making Christ out to be a liar. Why would you do that. Can you explain how he is telling the truth?
