Thank you Bishop Walsh for addressing the pain and sorrow of victim survivors. My prayers are committed to healing of victims and those of the perpetrators. 😢. This trauma has been experienced in many arenas of life; not just Church and I ask God to make us whole and healed. I note that the reforms you discussed are making a significant stride in the direction of the Justice of God. Safe environment training is definitely a step in the right direction in addressing this sin. Praying for respectful priests, deacons, religious and laity. Thank you for your message of consolation. Come Holy Spirit, transform brokenness in wholeness through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Our prayers are with you as you share your remorse for sin of others that have effected our congregation. Under your guidance I do not believe any of these actions have occurred, but yet you are accountable to our parishioners. Please remember that evil happened even in Jesus’s fold, (Judas), and that his justice was served under his own recompense.
