Bismarckturm Zehdenick

Visiting the Bismarckturm Zehdenick in Klein-Mutz Brandenburg. Constructed in the year 1900, it was built to honor the late Reichskanzler Bismarck. The Tower sustained slight damage during the last stages of WWII and (purposely) fell into neglect during the years of the German Democratic Republic. It was declared as a "listed monument" in the mid 1990s, and was partially restored in the early 2000s. While the interior hasn't been restored to its former state (yet), it is publicly accessible and one can climb up the stairs to the viewing platform.
