You can’t take a newly born infant from mother’s arms .. not sure if this is allowed under Pakistani law . Help me understand.

In Pakistan, a newborn is generally allowed to live with the mother, especially under Islamic family law, which gives priority to maternal custody for young children. A child may only be removed from the mother's care in extreme circumstances, such as abuse or neglect, and only by legal intervention or court order. Without such grounds, it is generally not permissible to take a newborn from the mother's lap.🙏
