Also TRT doesnt exactly give you the skillset that Henderson had, maybe it just enhanced it a bit idk. Vitor was another good example of TRT and he also fought well into his 40's so there really must be something to it.

What a career Bisping had. Fought juiceheads his whole career, lost an eye, got brutally knocked out in one of the most iconic one punch KOs of all time, then suddenly gets a chance for the title on two weeks notice against the guy who knocked him out and choked him out in their first fight, knocks HIM out in the first round to become champion, and then defends his belt successfully against another guy who brutally KOed him years ago. It’s like a movie.

Dude bisping is so tough. He can get almost finished in a fight and finish strong. Like his performance against Anderson Silva after he almost got knocked out. All beat up and he came out strong and valient in the next round. Hendo needed the finish he didn't have the cardio to keep a pace to beat bisping in a 5 round fight. But he came so close. Love both these fighters.

Nobody is lucky to become a world champion, he took the hardest stylistic matchup in the division at the time on just over two weeks notice which was also a rematch against someone who beat him in Luke Rockhold and overcame that and still won, would have been great to see Michael vs Robert or Yoel but he was smart and waited for the payday with GSP he knew his time as champion was limited and still done it all with an eye missing ,hes by no means average either and im not a hardcore Bisping fan but its gotta be respected he was a true warrior.

Very hard to argue the 2nd round as a 10 - 8. First round definitely, second not so much because he got rocked himself and Bipsing recovered much better from the knockdown in round 2. Round 2 could pretty much even go either way to Bisping or Henderson

Bisping then sat out for over a year ducking Whittaker, Romero and every other contender milking as much as he could out of being champion. Bisping left whatever was left of his chin in this fight, if you watch his next fight every time GSP touched him he was rocked.

That’s how round by round scoring works. If this was Pride, I’d have given the fight to Henderson in a heartbeat, but by UFC scoring it’s a 10 - 8 Hendo r1, 2nd round can go either way and rounds 3-5 were very clearly Bipsing’s so it’s either 48 - 46 Bisping or 47 - 47 which means Bisping retains the title regardless

Didn't like Bisping as the champion - genuinely felt he landed the punch of his life against Rockhold - went on to get dropped twice by 46-year-old Henderson, then defend against GSP who also didn't want to fight any of the actual middle weight contenders - finally was forced to fight someone in the top 5 in Gastelum and got KO'd in 1 (?) round. Considering the legacy of the title before it got to Bisping I hated the fact that all of the genuine contenders had to wait on the side lines for another shot at it.

This fight just shows that Bisping was the biggest fluke champion of all time. He capitalized on Rockhold’s lapse of judgement and not taking Mike serious. Barely beat Hendo. Then got smoked by an old welterweight. Then got smoked by Kelvin. Worst champion of all time.
