Melissa Forrester i used the animal. the animal is so much more powerful then the multifloor.

I love this Pet Hair Eraser. But I stop and dump more than he does because I like to see whats its removing. I have a long hair female dog and i never have had hair wrap around my Bissell. If you have pets you will love this product.

Do you have any videos comparing Dyson and Bissell? I have a weird tick, I guess you could call it, and I can't stand feeling things on my feet, but I live to be barefoot... Stupid I know. I am looking for the best vacuum to get all the little gritty particles left behind from cats/litter and kids. I was looking at the Dyson, but would love to go cheaper if possible. Thanks for the videos, they are very helpful!

I apologize, I do not have that comparison video. But I can tell you that this Bissell doesn't pick up kitty litter. The cleaner head has about a quarter inch gap from the hard floors so it doesn't seal in the suction at all. Glides right over heavy things like kitty litter. You could probably find a cheap v6 or v7 fluffyhead. I would reccommend those for hard floors. Not many vacuums cope well with sand and kitty litter on hard floors.

Does anything stick to the roller (at the floor)? I have two daughters with long hair, 2 dogs, a cat and very long hair myself. Hair is ALWAYS getting wrapped around my vacuum brush!! I cannot begin to tell you how many times I've had to "give my vacuum a hair cut!" It's SO annoying!

webbers94 So, I have long hair, I also have 3 long hair cats and a dog. Hair doesn't wrap around the beater bar but, it doesn't fluff the carpet very good eather. On hard floors it is almost useless on the sandy stuff the dog tracks in.

webbers94 the brushroll on a vacuum is ment to agitate dirt out of the carpet fibers, not to comb long hair out of it. I always brush longer hair out of the way before vacuum cleaning

When you use one of the hose accessories, does the carpet/floor head turn off and all the suction directed to the hose? How does this compare to the Dyson DC66 Animal you reviewed?

I like your demo. I wish you would have turned the vacuum over so that we could see if any hair was on the beater bar. The reason I'm considering this vac is because I'm always cutting MY hair off the beater bar of my Dyson, which is dying after 14 years.....

My pet hair eraser does not spin inside (like a wind tunnel)? I did notice that it once was spinning but, then I emptied the canister and re-installed it then it wasn't working as the wind tunnel again...? Any reason for this?

I have a Dyson pet vacuum, I love it, but it’s old, I want to try and find a vacuum that will pick up Long human hair, my hair sheds! I’m so tired of having to sit down and cut out all the hair. Any suggestions on a good vacuum? I did see the newer Dyson tangle free, but that’s only for the attachments, I need it on the bottom of my vacuum lol....Thanks!

tiredrummertube I have this cleaner. The suction on hard/laminate/tile floors is horrible. It leaves grit behind on the floor. It doesn't pick up stuff in the grout lines on tile. So disappointed with this vacuum.

kode1996 I am also dissapointed in the performance on carpet. I always vacuum in my bare feet. After vacuuming I feel like I am walking in a fine powder, like it pulled stuff out from under the carpet but didn't pick it up. The beater bar doesn't get hair trapped around it but, it also doesn't fluff the carpet. I glued the broken seal on my old shark vacuum just so that I can clean my hard floors, that's most of my house. So upset I wasted my money on the Bissell.
