Talong: my favourite vegetable. Here's my own recipe. Fry talong( the long kind, not the fat kind) in olive oil. Put teriyaki sauce, a few tablespoons only. Do not overcook it. It's my favourite talong recipe. If you can not find the long talong, you can use the same kind of talong you used in your video. In UK, and generally in Europe, talong is known as aubergine, as opposed to eggplant as it is called in the US and Canada.
