Ha ha! I work in a library & we used to have a customer who would loudly drum his fingers on the top of your computer monitor. He would do this when he was impatient over how long you were taking to serve your current customer. My boss would march over and yell, "my staff do not respond to tapping. Just stop it!". I think Mary must be related to my old boss!

I googled comedy and improv clubs in No Carolina and 3 popped up: Unintentionals Improv Troupe, Charlotte Comedy Theater & Training Center and Improv at the Varsity. I don't know if you could perform your skits at these places and get paid or how close they are to your home but you definitely have enough material, props AND the talent to perform and make people laugh!!

There is a librarian (man) who works at my library,and he behaves a bit like this. Don't dare tell him that you're bringing your books to the counter because you once used the book drop and the book you turned in was listed as overdue or lost. This library is notorious for shelving books in the wrong place without checking them in first. Many many customers have had that experience where they've had to pay lost book fines or argue the charges because they used the book drop and one of their books disappeared. Anyway this librarian will be somewhat cordial until you bring up the book drop. And I swear he remembers who brought up the book drop subject because all the times after this that I've visited and brought the books to the counter, he's pursed his lips and silently checked my books in, and if he returns my smile it's one of those tight forced ones. I do hope to one day work at that library. I might after he's retired. (He's an elderly gentleman who has worked at this library for decades so I imagine he'll retire one of these days) This whole video made me laugh, and I think what made it funnier was that fact that I was so reminded of our neighborhood librarian. Nicely done!
