pretty fine analysis as usual, nice points with QA and btc dominance as well as mentioning the 9 months of sideways lower lows, also the rate cuts have to be 165/550 to repeat history if we go each month by 50 points it will catch up in late November and December could start the rally counting on the QA already in play.

Hi Ben, something to note is the 50wk MA trending up and bull market support band trending down. We have had a couple of wicks to the 50wk and now finding support there. As BTC is squeezed between the 50wk and the BMSB something will give and perhaps then we’ll have our answer. Maybe. Thanks again for the update

Not sure if this has been addressed but wouldn’t you consider the march 2020 crash a black swan event rather than a hard landing? If there was no Covid the market would have likely continued the uptrend would it have not? Given that, if we are doing a comparison wouldn’t we be suggesting we would need a black swan this cycle also?

yes, the halving happened in 2020 and 2024 the thesis is that halving is not the only thing to be looked at, it would be too simple if only halving influenced bitcoin and crypto, it is a fat more complex equation. ben is stating the less obvious influence on markets like rate cuts and QA as all the smarter crypto experts do every time. and he also says that this is the ideal situation to decipher what influences crypto markets the most

So, his main claim is that btc price does opposite of what most people expect. I find two problems with this view - 1. How do you actually measure what most people are expecting? 2. At any given point it seems there are more bullish youtube and X accounts than bearish ones. So, going by that, most times people seem to be bullish

I'll be honest about something funny... the only 2 crypto youtubers i listen to are ben and ivan. i've seen over and over again how ben is always right about the important moves and big predictions. i still made waaay more money off of ivan altcoin calls, but i also always kept half my money in ethereum/bitcoin. Even though i made less money from them, it was always EASIER and i didn't really have to mind at all about it. so that says something about how it plays in the long run as well. I really appreciate you ben!

Opinions aren't really that important. What's more important is folks protect themselves and not gamble on any outcome. Be prepared for all possibilities. With Wall Street in the game it's fully rigged for them to win and they will screw this market every way they can to absorb as much liquidity as possible into the stock market. Liquidity flows are completely different now. If it wasn't for ETFs we would be at around 25k now
