It would be useful for folk to consider that the US "government" is nothing more than a corporation. It treats Americans as if they are corporations also. Look up the article the US is still a British colony. If it is still a colony, that means it is not a nation in the sense that it projects. The best thing in my opinion that people can do to protect themselves is to set up trusts and place their assets in them. Also, make sure you read the fine print, terms and conditions of the exchanges that you choose to use. Make sure you understand those terms and make sure you haven't given valuable rights away. One more thing, any account you open up, make sure you opt out of any arbitration agreement within 30 days to preserve your right to bring a cause of action in court if need be.

Thank you for all of your great content. Have you created support on which platforms are best for trading and how to use them? WE are confused on how to keep funds safe in cold storage (ledger) and still how to easily trade without crazy high fees, do we move trading funds out of cold storage and if so to where? Chain to chain swapping feels like a magic trick to figure out to get out of the Eth block. It is wearing us out trying to learn how to navigate these many systems while keeping funds safe, avoiding high fees, and avoiding a plethora of potential small missteps that could cause a nightmare. Most of the content that we are finding is 2-3 years back, involves metamask, feels like outdated systems and procedures, is still pricey, is rather confusing , and honestly does not feel like the systems that experienced traders in the crypto world are using today. Thank you for the video. Is cryptocurrency actually defined as money? I’m thinking, what if tornado somehow was able to prove that cryptocurrency is not actually “money” until it’s withdrawn? Then it wouldn’t be an unauthorised money transmitter because they’re tokens or coins or NFT’s. Sunday night thoughts keeping me awake now dammit 😂

I think that's a great argument. It's not "money" unless & until it's sent to a off-ramp. Whilst it's on the blockchain the wallet is just a way of managing private & public keys, no actual "money" is being "transmitted" ... that's what the lawyers will need to argue.

I had this problem setting up yesterday. Did you place the Tangem near the top of your phone, closer to where the NFC reader is. I found that worked for my iPhone. Not necessarily placing the reader in the center but the top.
