They are great help as they reduce pain wnd and also feed the tissue. Also if you tolerate garlic, it a lot of it, preferably with homemade cow cheese or good quality milk. This will strengthen the nerves. Also you can drink ashwagandha herb and nutritional yeast, for nerve strength.

I had bulging disk , pain and numbness that has lasted off and on for 4 years or so... it still can get not so good if I lift heavy things. So I try not to.... yes it takes time.....

Thank you. I never had problems with my back but for the last 4 months I was working and I wasn't exercising. but sitting for many hours. I am in my 60s and not going to the gym like I usually do I tend to believe that caused this problem.

@astrologynewsBtcpredictions you should workout your muscles and do plenty of protein ... do not compress the back the numb areas .. just use the muscles and take protein. To help heal over time.... maybe even buy an electric muscle stimulator to work the muscles that you need to build or maintain without things that compress... use more machines or superbands or foam rollers ... look at all these things..

Slipped disk is awful, sorry to hear Mick. Dr.s wanted to operate on mine, back then it was a 50/50 chance of getting better so went the physiotherapy route. It did improve but only do the exercises you can do. The ones that cause a lot pain don't do those. Best wishes and hope your recovery is swift.

Cortizone shot in the back relieved the pressure on my spinal cord from the disk allowing me to do exercises to heal my back. Get that as soon as possible, basically a saline solution but what a fantastic remedy.

The Bitcoin halving also occurs around the 14-15th, which is historically synonym of a price drop before the explosion. On this year, though, given the market circumstances, the price drop shouldn't be as significant as in the past in my humble opinion
