Clearly the market is heated right now and corrections are always possible. We have not tested the 20W SMA in 6 months. While the Pi Cycle Top indicator is only a fit to 3 data points, it is at least one signal that the market is overheated. Could this be the prelude to a more substantial pullback? The only thing about the Pi cycle that gets me is the fact that it was made in 2019 and was tweaked to fit the last two bull markets. This makes me think of a scenario of the three day rule not working in the same way during this bull market or maybe it could be a bit longer than three days. Personally i think since Bitcoin moved up very fast we could get a two leg bull market, meaning one more leg after a pullback with some consolidation. just me though. cheers Ben!

1) On prior cases there seems to be FOMO+PCT, whereas currently we are consolidating 2) On prior cases at the drop there were only individuals running around like headless chickens, whereas now institutions would pick your bitcoin up gladly at 50k. 3) On prior cases BTC wasn't welcome in the universe and was a speculative asset, whereas now it is spoken of as a low corelated asset to hedge against S&P (though the correlation rose recently) The list could go on and on. But the point is, BTC before the pandemic and after the pandemic are nearly two totally different assets (due to maturity level) and they probably won't behave in the same manner.

As BTC is moving sideways for weeks and consolidating instead of going to new highs, I think too that this indicator will fail! I think Bitcoin at this moment is grossly undervalued reason for that being Binance who is pushing binance coin and is now grossly overvalued. All these charts that predict a top are based on old data problem is that Bitcoin at the time was a immature investment and is now beginning to mature...Bitcoin no doubt will hit 150000 this year and personally I think that this is a conservative estimate
