May I ask doctor as I found this so interesting because I unfortunately think my chosen implant company are not going to give me this type of perfection,I say this as they never took any photos or molds of my original teeth before removing all of them, I am now going back in June for full zirconium dentures top and bottom and for the life of cannot see how they will make them as they no original molds or is it possible you can obtain all the information you have gathered i.e bite and correct sizing of mouth closed/open etc by a CT scan .your comments or any others would be so helpful

Unfortunately not every place would treat thier patients the same. We are obligated to make the perfect working denture and repeat the work if the patient isn’t happy. I hope you can go back to them and get them to make a better one for you. Best of luck

I usually used hard baseplate wax for that purpose I don’t recommend this technique if you are new in this field as there could be some distortions if not handled and tried properly. It’s safer to use acrylic base
