It seems like your older son has a tongue tie affecting his speech for some of the words he is trying to say. I would recommend seeing a speech pathologist earlier to see if anything needed to be done. If the tongue tie is not too severe they might be able to help him with some therapy session to assist his pronunciations or if they think a pediatrican is needed for further assessment.
