Thanks for the in-depth review! couple things I will mention, suprising that you dind't call out like no seed phrase? really, I get the idea that's the whole point of simplicity for on-boarding newbies to the ecosystem. But then again, lacking 25th word aka hidden account as offered by Ledger's and Trezror's of the world. But I do appreciate their attempt to make a very simplistic approach, kinda taking Tangem's idea to the next level, specially with recovery option and inheritance etc.

I love mine. I feel like it's a nice alternative to an onchain hot wallet. Definitely wouldn't keep a lot of funds on there personally, but I'm looking forward to where this product goes in the future.

There are some criticisms that can be made for the Bitkey, but phone connectivity seems an odd one, given that the Coldcard Q is specifically designed to be used with mobile in the exact same way (via NFC) or via QR code. There is nothing more or less secure about using an air gapped hardware device with a phone vs a computer. For the record, Coldcard is what I prefer.
