Not every criticism is from haters. Some criticized so that the wrongs or shortcomings can be worked upon and corrected. Yes we know nobody is perfect but when there are repeated mistakes, people will point it out and you also have to work on it. One thing I noticed in her reporting is that she usually repeat the question again which the interviewee have already said or talked on. Sometimes we listeners/viewers get the feeling if she is really listening to what the other person is talking.
