Pinky is rare so be patient and it shows up after 200. Blinky is even more rare and you need to be more patient. With clyde, you can even hit 5 or 6 ghosts, it doesnt have to be 7. With inky, you just need to get over 50 once , i got 84, and then die by inky, the blue ghost

You need to eat 7 ghosts. Try to get 2 two power pellets during invicible mode, than you might be able to eat the amount of ghosts.

Can you find the cherry with the ghosts? I unlocked Blinky with Clyde, so I'm assuming it should be possible. But I also haven't found any pac dots in ghost play, so maybe Pinky can't be unlocked with anyone except pac chicken.
