It's not rocket science it was premeditated terror attack . The dance school was down a pathway that unless you'd been there before .Or looked it up online you wouldn't know it was there.If he had not been there before .Then when he asked for a taxi what address did he ask to get dropped of at .So in otherwords if he hadn't been there before .Then the only outcome could mean he looked it up online .So he deliberately chose that dance school to carry out his attack. Why a dance school because he was once on a list relating to oneaby actors and dancers .So he had an interest in acting and dancing .Having been hired by the bbc to partake in an advert for a charity
