Thanks Farooq for show. But I want to testify that I did my internship in one of the meat processing facilities in Nakawa. And it’s true, there were mixing mince beef with pork fat, when I challenged them, the manager told me pork fat is cheaper for them. And he told me that all companies do it anyway. I quit sausages completely in Uganda, I even tried to pursue an editorial article about it but I left before suceeding.
