@meequalsmc23 жыл бұрын
Well! For decades, the Indian film industry has copied tunes from Western copyrighted works and created unauthorized derivatives. As the music and motion picture industries in the west started taking notice of this copyright infringement, so too did Indian music directors as domestic infringers profited from copying. Despite the existence of an enacted copyright statute in India, and the nation's membership with various international intellectual property treaties and conventions, enforcement continues to be poor. This lack of protection allows high-profile music directors in the Indian film industry to get away with copyright infringement. This comment proposes that India must improve its copyright enforcement regime, reprimand infringers, and work with the United States and others to understand how it should create a better, more protective environment for domestic and foreign copyrighted works.

I am 1960 born and watched the every Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada movies of those day, When ever I see these music shows. I always listen to the songs of erstwhile singer or musicians, like Lakshmikant & Pyarlelal, Shankar & Jaikishan, Kalyanji & Anaandiji, and he greatest of all Mr. Madan Mohan along with great singers like MOhd Rafi, Kishore, Manna Dey, Hemant Kumrar, Mahendra Kapoor so many etc., why Mr. AR Rahman had Oscar award why his music is not played in all these music shows. Because he do not have the basics of music. But as far as me is concerned I might have listened to the music after 1990's accidentally but it was never remembering. This video is published in 2014, that means the present generation is also liking the music of ester years. God bless those musicians Thanks if these music bands are creating the employment or "Rojgar"" for these great artists. Thank You. I saw Sholay in 1976 or 1977 many times in the largest theater of the world as per the indices of those days in Bangalore the Kapali Theater, where this movie celebrated 365 days full House. This kind of Movie in Hindi fielddom , I get into some Sanskrit "Na Bhoto Na Bhayistahi". Even Bahubali of this era is Zero in front of this movie. I can watch Sholay many time after and after, but u can see the Bahubhali may be once or twice. That is the difference in attracting the audience to the movie.

I feel really sad thinking about the vulnerability of human life. I feel so bad for being born in 2005 and not getting to see the actual life of 70s,80s and 90s and enjoy the life of golden era. It's my dream to ever live in that era. 😭😭😭 I know it may seem impossible but even flying was impossible centuries ago.

The fact that you miss it so much says you already were in that era once.

70s, 80s and 90s were not golden eras, no era was golden. There was always poverty. I was born in 1980, so I saw 80s and 90s with my own eyes. There was poverty, diseases, unemployment, terrorism etc. In 80s areas like Punjab, Assam, Nagaland and Manipur were burning with terrorism and there was real risk of breaking up of India. There was India Pakistan war in 1971, civil unrest in India, emergency of 1975. In late 80s and early 90s India's economy was in very bad condition. There was mafia war in Bombay (Today's Mumbai), Terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir, LTTE set foot in Tamil Nadu, Naxalites in eastern India. It was not a golden age ! People often glorifies the past due to nostalgia. That does not mean that we are living in any kind of golden period currently.

Be thankful for the age you are born in. Utilise the advances this age has brought in, build up your health, life and career and perform your duties with honesty and hard work. Those successful people of the past too made their names in the same way, now it is your turn, give more importance to your present time than imagining about the bygone era. Only then you too will be able to make your name in some field and earn immortality through your work !
