I am driving 2010 Renault Scenic in UK which is 1.9 diesel tune to stage 1 from 130 bhp to 180 bhp and Torque of 270 mn to 380 mn. It really works provided it's tuned by professional where mapping file is tried and tested. Because it's very common in Europe, these files are readily available. For Indian cars these remapping can go horribly wrong.

@@xampleasd1340 this is interesting part which I think is missed in this video. Fuel efficiency actually increases with remapping and running. I used to get 45 MPG post stage 1 remap I am getting 50 MPG. Regarding Tax slab I have no idea as I am here only on temporary assignment.

G-Power sort of tunes on BMW cars. There are others as well like Power Division, ABT Sportline. All these companies tune the cars so well, there will be no other cars nearby. It'll be expensive but it can tune a sleeper so good that it can eat up supercars 2x or 3x its price. Like the 1000 HP BMW M5 CS by G-Power, 1200+ HP Audi RS7 by Power division, a lot other Brabus Tuned Mercedes and Porsche. They're mad.

Tuned my f36 Bimmer with B58 engine to stage 1 tune. Car already has MPPSK kit from the factory. Car is working fine since I tuned it in 2019. I have also changed the stock down pipe to VRSF and the air intake just to be on the safe side. It is producing around 435 HP on the dyno now.

4-5 years back, Out of curiosity I contacted Code6 Tuning. I have a Tata Bolt XT, 1.2L 4cyl turbo diesel which makes 75hp & 190nm. Pumping it to 100-110hp would have costed me around 18k. That was my first incident where i got hooked up to indian tuning culture.

@@anirbandey303 Cold air intake does nothing except for the increased induction roar, this should be supported by a tune and accordingly tuned exhaust to make some actual power. On naturally aspirated engines, ecu remaps aren't worth the money, turbodiesels shine with remap and so do turbo-petrols but again there are cars like Nexon where these tunes cannot do anything owing to poorly incorporated TCS and electronic systems.

Unka engine alag banta hai. Hamari normal gadi ke traha engine itna 'weak' nai banta hai unka. unke engine bada hota hai, gear box bada hota hai, sab ache quality and light weight ke bante hai. lekin unka mileage sabse kam hota hai kyunki Petrol consumption inte bada aur powerful engine ke baje se hota hai.

The Octavia comes with 235 hp stock, while the last-gen Polo produces around 110 hp stock. A Polo can be tuned to produce up to 235 hp. However, you would need to change the differential, fuel pump, tires and alloys, install a bigger turbo and radiator, and possibly upgrade the transmission (if it has a DQ200, you’d need to replace it with a DQ250 for the Polo to handle that much power during launches). Additionally, you would need to install a roll cage and swap in a 2.0L engine from the Golf R or a 1.8L from the Octavia L&K. But after all these modifications: - You can't launch the car at every traffic light. (If you do, there's a risk of damaging the transmission.) - You need to maintain it frequently to keep it running properly. - Fuel consumption will increase significantly compared to a stock Polo, as the upgraded components require more power to function. - The reliability of the car might decrease, especially with non-OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. Tuned cars are more prone to breakdowns, especially under extreme conditions. - Warranty will likely be voided due to the extensive modifications, so repairs and replacements could be costly. - Tuning the car for higher performance can result in overheating issues, especially if the cooling system isn't upgraded sufficiently to handle the extra power. - The car's handling dynamics will change, and without proper tuning of suspension and braking systems, it might become more challenging to control at high speeds. - You may experience issues with road legality and emissions compliance, depending on local laws and the extent of modifications. - Insurance premiums will likely increase, as heavily tuned cars are considered higher risk by most insurers. - The resale value of the car may decrease, as not all buyers are interested in heavily modified vehicles, and some might even be concerned about reliability or legality. - You'll need to be more careful with road conditions. A high-powered Polo may become more sensitive to uneven surfaces or potholes due to its stiffer suspension and larger wheels. - Everyday drivability might be compromised. A heavily tuned car can be less comfortable for daily use due to the harsher suspension, increased noise, and higher fuel consumption. Now, regarding the **Octavia**: - **Stock Power**: The Octavia is already designed for high performance with 235 hp from the factory, so you don’t need extensive modifications to achieve that power. - **Reliability**: Since it's a stock vehicle, reliability is higher compared to a heavily tuned car. It’s built to handle the power and stress from the factory without the risk of component failure. - **Maintenance**: The Octavia only requires regular servicing, which is much less demanding than a tuned Polo, where you might need constant check-ups and replacements. - **Warranty**: Since the Octavia comes with this power from the factory, the car remains under warranty, unlike a modified Polo that loses coverage once altered. - **Fuel Efficiency**: While the Octavia consumes more fuel than a standard Polo, it is more fuel-efficient than a tuned Polo with the same power, as the engine is optimized from the factory. - **Comfort**: The Octavia is engineered to balance performance and comfort. Even with 235 hp, it retains daily drivability, smooth suspension, and lower cabin noise compared to a heavily tuned Polo. - **Handling**: The suspension, braking, and aerodynamics are tuned from the factory for optimal handling, which means better stability at high speeds without needing further modifications. - **Launchability**: You can safely launch the Octavia at any traffic light without worrying about damaging the transmission or other components, as it’s designed to handle such stress. - **Insurance & Legal Compliance**: Since the Octavia comes stock with this power, insurance premiums and road legality are less of a concern compared to a heavily modified Polo, which could raise red flags with insurers and authorities. - **Resale Value**: The Octavia retains its value better than a modified Polo because stock vehicles are generally more desirable to a broader range of buyers.

Tuning charges for 30 power increase, 25 percent average increase, warranty on job 3 years. 1. For engine upto 1200cc: Rs 7700 2. Engine between 1200 to 2000 cc: Rs 12500 3. Engine above 2000cc: Rs 14500. These are charges for diesel engine only for stage 1 job For petrol engines add Rs 2000 for each engine segment in above rates🎉🎉🎉

Increasing air and decreasing fuel in AFR will improve fuel consumption however there will be power loss.

You can opt for switchable maps (I'm assuming there are already driving modes in X700). These maps will ensure Lean Air Fuel ratio by reducing the fuel amount and increasing the air. Also check in the engine bay if the air intake is too congested (twists and turns). In case it is, try changing the intake piping to make it more straight. Also see if it can suck cooler air by keeping it away from the hot metal jacket of turbo and place it closer to headlamps. You can upgrade the intercooler if it's too small.

As mentioned he lives near my house all roads under 4-5 km of radius are made up of cement As per my experience and being a petrolhead i think our car vobbles more on cement road and they are not fun to drive as asphalt road Can you make a video on it? concrete has better longevity and stays "maintanence free" for long if done properly and since nittu ji has done it himself it will stay the same for half a generation

Concrete roads should be allowed for expansion joints which makes discontinuity in road surface creating same effect as trains. Cons of road is cracks due to high temperatures. As digging of road is not easy there is difficulty in maintenance of pipes, ofc and other services under the road. Pros are more as the road is good even if it rains more and no need to repair roads after every rainy season.

Concrete (Cement) roads last longer and require less maintenance. They can handle heavier loads, making them suitable for trucks & high-traffic areas. They have much better heat resistance, good for the road and your car tyres. Asphalt can soften in hot weather and crack in cold weather. They get worn out much quicker. High traffic or Heavy loads can easily damage them. Concrete roads have ridges and are built at a slight angle to stop water accumulation. They displace water efficiently and pot holes are very rare, unlike asphalt. Cars won't wobble much if the road is made right. Here in Mumbai, most roads are concrete ones. Little to no difference than asphalt smoothness.

I’ve decided to tune my Gypsy in a more unconventional way-not for the streets, but for off-road and broken roads. It's a 2010 BS3 with OBD2, and the first step is gearing adjustments to accommodate slightly larger tires-31X10.5XR15. For suspension, I'll be replacing the bump stops with airbags and adding extra leafs to the leaf spring setup. Also planning to double up the shock absorbers for better stability. I'm tripling the fuel capacity to over 100 liters-because long off-road adventures call for it. Installing either a BMC or K&N air filter along with a snorkel for clean air intake and water wading capabilities. For more power, I’ll be upgrading to larger fuel injectors and a bigger fuel pump, and running braided lines throughout. On top of that, I managed to source a 48V integrated starter generator from a hybrid Suzuki or Toyota from a scrapyard between Surat and Ankleshwar, which should add another 10-15KW of power and improve efficiency. All this will add about 200 kg, but I’ve already removed over 100 kg by stripping out most of the vehicle except for the driver and co-driver seats. Everything is mounted low to maintain a proper center of gravity, even with the taller stance from the tire upgrade. It's all about balance! What do you think? Going for a heavy-duty build with a little tech twist! 😎 Feel free to check out the current build on my channel. It will decrease with the amount of power the car maybe pushing after each map , but people can tune their engines to be more efficient , me personally am not a fan of stage tuning , but rather a fan or individually tuning cars

It's not just about top end power ecu tuning is a wide concept, in this video he just explained it in the layman's terms, you can tune the ecu for better low end torque, there are motorsport builds, drag builds etc

Subscribed bhai great video. Mere paas Altroz Diesel hai with Turbo.. Tata ka loha hai.. 5 saal baad main toh tune karunga aur market mein ECU replacement kit available bhi hai.. Abhi 30,000 kms bhi nahi hua hai.. 50k tak touch nahi kar raha.. gaadi ka engine de-tuned hai.. Nexon ka hi engine hai lekin transmission dusra hai. Yeh open road pe stock config pe rocket hai.. Stage 1 pe hi bawali engine hai.. uska ECU update bhi aaya hai lekin maine update nahi karne diya kisi ko.. Abhi mera target simple hai.. 8000 kms pe engine oil change.. no compromise.. abhi tak gaadi 110 cross nahi kiya hai... Engine ko season theek se karna hai.. kyunki faad performance possible hai..

Basically the injection orsparking is made to happen earlier in the 4 stroke cycle. It’s made to happen a little before TDC-top dead center. This results in higher combustion pressure and increased power.

I own a Mazda 6 2.0L with NAE and consulted with my mechanic, well my current BHP is 145 and he assured me to take it to 185 BHP i.e. almost 20, so yeah Natural Aspirated Engine have limitation unlike other hatchbacks with 1.0 or 1.5L engine coming with Turbo :)
