امروز قصد داریم در مورد منطق کنترل ظرفیت کمپرسورهای اسکرو بیتزر CSH $ CSW صحبت کنیم.
ظرفیت کمپرسورهای اسکرو بیتزر CSH $ CSW توسط 4 شیر برقی کنترل می شوند. این شیرهای برقی ظرفیت 25% ، 50% ،75%،100% را ارائه می دهند. 2 روش برای کنترل ظرفیت وجود دارد:
کنترل پله ای (Step control) و کنترل پیوسته (Infinit control)
در روش کنترل ظرفیت پله ای با تغییر زمان شیرهای برقی تغییر می کند. برای مثال هر ظرفیت مورد نیاز می تواند شامل یک سولونوئید باشد. توجه داشته باشید در زمان راه اندازی کمپرسور اسکرو، ظرفیت باید 25% باشد بنابراین با این ظرفیت کمپرسور و بلبرینگ ها حداقل ترک (Torque) را دریافت می کنند. بنابراین کمپرسور با آمپر بالا راه اندازی می گردد بنابراین ترک راه اندازی تا حد امکان حداقل می شود.در کنترل ظرفیت پله ای، هر پله کنترل ظرفیت با برقرار شدن شیر برقی ها بدست می آید. می توانید در تصویر ببینید که در کنترل ظرفیت پله ای کمپرسورهای اسکرو بیتزر، ظرفیت با برقرار شدن شیرهای برقی و شیر برقی 4 بدست می آید. شیر برقی 4 نقش کنترل ظرفیت100% را دارد که به صورت پیوسته 10 ثانیه قطع است. همچنین در ظرفیت 100% تنها شیر برقی CR4 یا 100% برق دار است. ما در مورد کنترل ظرفیت پیوسته (نامحدود) قبل تر در فیلم های دیگر صحبت کردیم. در کنترل ظرفیت پیوسته کمپرسورهای اسکرو بیتزر CSH $ CSW می توان از طریق 2 روش انجام شود. در روش اول از طریق 2 شیر برقی انجام می گیرد که شیرهای برقی 3 و 4 است. شیر برقی 3 ظرفیت 25% و شیر برقی 4 ظرفیت 100% را کنترل می کند. بنابراین در این روش شیر برقی 3 یا CR3 در زمان راه اندازی و برای کاهش ظرفیت وصل است. می توانیم از شیر برقی 4 یا CR4 برای افزایش ظرفیت استفاده کنیم. در یک روش دیگر کنترل ظرفیت پیوسته، شیر برقی شماره 2 و 4 برق دار می شود. شیر برقی 2 ظرفیت 50% را کنترل می کند. با شیر برقی 2 می توانیم ظرفیت را کاهش و با شیر برقی شماره 4 میتوانیم ظرفیت را افزایش دهیم. بایستی به شیر برقی ها در روش کنترل پیوسته دقت کنید که همانند کنترل پله ای به صورت دائم وصل نیستند و باید به صورت پالسی برق دار شوند. حال مطالب کنترل ظرفیت را با یک کمپرسور واقعی اسکرو ببیتزر CSH مرور می کنیم. این کمپرسور دارای 4 شیر برقی است. 25% ، 50% ،75% و آخرین 100 % است. هرکدام از این شیرهای برقی از طریق لوله های استیل به سیلندر کنترل ظرفیت وصل هستند. این 4 شیر برقی به قسمت های مختلف سیلندر وصل هستند . بنابراین زمانی که ظرفیت 100 % است یا شیر برقی 4 برق دار است، روغن به سیلندر تزریق می شود و پیستون در طول سیلندر از طریق نیروی سیلندر حرکت می کند بنابراین میله پیستون این نیرو را به اسلایدر منتقل می کند که کنترل ظرفیت کمپرسور را کنترل می کند که در فیلم دیگری صحبت شده است. فنر دیگر جزء این مجموعه است، نیروی فنر باعث می¬شود ظرفیت یا پیستون به ظرفیت 25% باز گردد. بدون فنر ظرفیت تنها در یک حالت 100% قرار می گرفت. بنابراین با دانستن پروسه کارکرد به ویژه در کمپرسورهای اسکرو می توانیم بهترین منطق کنترل کمپرسور اسکرو راانتخاب کنیم.
