'บิว จักรพันธ์' พ้นผิดคดีทำร้ายร่างกายอดีตแฟน พร้อมขอบคุณทุกคนที่คอยอยู่เคียงข้าง

‘บิว จักรพันธ์’ ชนะคดีทำร้ายร่างกาย หลังอดีตแฟนสาวยอมรับฟ้องเท็จ ขอบคุณทุกคนที่คอยอยู่เคียงข้าง
นักแสดงหนุ่ม‘บิว จักรพันธ์’ ก่อนหน้านี้ถูกอดีตแฟนสาว โพสต์ข้อความกล่าวหาว่าถูก บิว ทำร้ายร่างกาย และแฉในประเด็นอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย จนกลายเป็นประเด็นร้อนในโลกโซเชียล ทำให้ บิว ต้องเดินหน้าต่อสู้คดีเพื่อพิสูจน์ความจริง และต่อมาอดีตแฟนสาว ก็ได้ออกมาโพสต์ขอโทษและชี้แจงใหม่อีกครั้งว่า ไม่ได้ถูกบิวทำร้ายร่างกาย จากนั้น บิว จึงฟ้องกลับคู่กรณีฐานฟ้องเท็จ
และล่าสุดคดีความดังกล่าวได้สิ้นสุดลงแล้ว โดยเมื่อวานนี้ 15 ส.ค. บิว ได้โพสต์ภาพเอกสารคำตัดสินของศาล ระบุว่า คู่กรณีมีความผิดฐานฟ้องเท็จ สร้างหลักฐานเท็จ จึงมีคำสั่งให้จำคุก 2 ปี ปรับ 4 หมื่นบาท แต่จำเลยรับสารภาพ จึงลดโทษจำคุก 1 ปี ปรับ 20,000 บาท และให้รอลงอาญา อีกทั้งต้องรายงานตัวคุมประพฤติ ทำงานบริการสังคม 30 ชม.
พร้อมกับได้เผยความรู้สึกหลังชนะคดีว่า
‘จากที่บิวถูกกล่าวหาในโซเชียลว่าใช้ความรุนแรง ทําร้ายร่างกายผู้อื่น จนมาถึงวันนี้ บิวอยากมาแจ้งทุกคนว่า บิวได้ต่อสู้ตามกระบวนการยุติธรรมอย่างถูกต้อง จนคดีถึงที่สุดแล้วครับ
เริ่มตั้งแต่ที่อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งได้นําเรื่องดังกล่าวมาฟ้องคดี เป็นคดีทําร้ายร่างกาย ซึ่งบิวได้ต่อสู้คดีในศาล จนอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งมีการถอนฟ้อง
จากนั้นบิวได้ดำเนินการปกป้องตนเองโดยการฟ้องกลับอีกฝ่ายฐานฟ้องเท็จในเรื่องดังกล่าว ซึ่งอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งได้รับสารภาพตลอดข้อกล่าวหาว่า สิ่งที่เขาฟ้องบิวในข้อหาทําร้ายร่างกายนั้นเป็นการฟ้องเท็จ และศาลได้มีคําพิพากษาแล้ว
สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งหมดนี้เป็นข้อพิสูจน์ที่แสดงให้เห็นว่า เรื่องที่บิวถูกกล่าวหาเรื่องทําร้ายร่างกายนั้นไม่เป็นความจริง และบิวขอปกป้องความเป็นธรรมที่บิวควรได้รับครับ

Je suis si heureuse qu’il a été fort, parce que c’était trop de pressions de partout, tout le monde lui condamner pour une choses qu’il n’avait pas fait. Beaucoup de gens n’allaient ont été tellement méchant avec lui surtout son ancien employeur et ses ex collègues. Maintenant Biu est libre et innocenter.
