Biyamiti Bush Camp - The Best Kept Secret in Southern Kruger - or maybe not!

What an awesome privilege to find a place so serene, so peaceful yet wild; a camp which emanates the spirit of Africa and satisfies the yearning desire in the heart of every "Krugerholic" for that ultimate bush experience. Biyamiti is the bush camp which provides all of this and more. We spent a wonderful four days on the banks of the Biyamiti River, surrounded by wildlife, the continual chorus of bird songs and the peace and isolation of eighteen miles of private road and only a limited number of visitors. Tsendze is THE big Kruger Secret though >> Lovely Off Grid Bush camping >> sadly with a fence. Best in camp all day stays and best for Birds . Our best camp however is Rooiputs on the Botswana side of Kgalagadi >> No Staff, 6 campsites 800 metres apart from each other = no Neighbours , No Electricity, NO FENCE , Bring your own Shower (We now have a Geyser and proper Shower in our 4x4 Trailer >> before it was 2 x 2 litre Coke Bottles >> 1 to soap up and the 2nd to rinse off. = BEST shower you will ever have. Best Room Service = 2am the Lions wake you up outside the tent cleaning your Blackened Braai Grid to Bright Stainless Steel. Rooiputs for Wife and I = R 160 per night for 2 people ..you cant live at home for that >> comon Kruger give us a 4 campsite set up at Pafuri based on Rooiputs cost and all Yes we love Biyamiti but prefer Talamati (Sable at the waterhole) and Sirheni in the AWESOME North of Kruger . The South is shot since 30 yrs ago and worse every year I am told
